“Jesus has said that he is the only way and truth (John 14:6) to attain eternal life and enter heaven. No one is worthy, nor can anyone make themselves worthy through deeds, to enter Heaven because God expects the highest level of holiness. Humans, being inherently sinful, can’t achieve this on their own. However, anyone who accepts Jesus as God and believes in Him gains salvation and eternal life.
Genuine believers in Christ are encouraged to share the gospel so that everyone has the opportunity to hear the Good News and decide whether to embrace Jesus as their personal Savior. It is through free will and personal choice that someone decides to accept and follow Jesus Christ, beginning their journey as a believer and building a relationship with God. If anyone is forced or coerced to become a Christian, it undermines the very essence of the faith.
In summary, Christians do share their faith, but conversion remains an individual choice. Ultimately, embracing Christianity is a conscious decision to follow Jesus, rooted in free will and a desire to nurture a personal connection with God.”
John 14:6 states that –
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
